The dark forces want to harness the power of your mind by keeping you distracted. There's been a real battle for your focused attention (have you noticed?). The ancients knew about the power of the mind, while we are just waking up to this. This information isn't new, but it has been hidden. The more distracted you are (loss of sovereignty) the more the dark forces' agenda is being fulfilled.
It's time to take our focused attention back and put it onto what we came here to embody and create, instead of giving our power to a narrative we don't want to manifest in the first place.
Everything you experience in your life has first started out as a thought before it turns into a physical "thing". And the average person has around 6,000 thoughts per day, how many of those thoughts have you been aware of?

Your mind is a powerful servant but a terrible master and in order for us to create lifestyles that are aligned with our higher nature, we must learn the importance of our focused attention, and mental energy.

Once you remember just how powerful your thoughts are, you'll naturally want to become more aware of them. This is an incredibly important ingredient that we need in order to bring in the New Earth... DELIBERATE THOUGHT.
