Red light filter on iPhone: step-by-step instructions on how to activate:
Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size > Colour Filters. Enable "Colour Filters," select "Colour Tint," and then adjust the "Hue" and "Intensity" sliders to achieve a red tint.
—> You can also create a shortcut for easy access by going to Settings > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut and selecting "Colour Filters." Then, triple-click the side or home button to toggle the red filter on/off.
