I was feeling hormonal. And I still am!

Generous workplace cultures really make you feel like you’re a part of something great. It’s a nice mix between responsibility and support.

Each company and group of people are different but one thing I can guarantee you’ll find in every room is hormones. There is no getting around it - and you don’t really want to.

Great leaders are highly aware of how people’s hormones are moving whether they know it or not. It’s a good idea to have a general understanding of how they work.

You’ll want to notice these 4 (and the bonus 5th 😉) so you’ll be a bit more adept to recognizing the experiences that your people are having. The idea is to create the best possible scenarios for your people to enjoy a fulfilling career and work journey.

When there is joy in the journey, there is fulfillment in the finish.

Let’s talk about some joyful hormones.

Have a hormonal and generous day. 😜
