I find I often need reminding that the best thing I can do for myself and others is to be in a peaceful centered state of alignment. Following my breathing helps create alignment. In that centered state I can trust that any inspiration I receive will be optimal to act on, benefitting everyone.
There are people in my life that are having health problems. I often feel their pain and am wanting to know what I can do to support them and reduce or end their suffering. Being reminded that working on myself is the best thing I can do for eveyone else helps. I know working on myself includes being in the flow in the present moment. I find relief in remembering this.
