Why do people fall off their goals?

It’s usually because they’ve set unrealistic expectations, don’t have a solid plan, hit a setback, or lose motivation when they don’t see quick results.

Life distractions pop up, and sometimes the “why” behind the goal just isn’t strong enough to keep going.
