Jeremy Middleton CBE co-founded HomeServe, a multinational home emergency repairs & improvements firm which he, together with Richard Harpin, grew to a public FTSE 100 company in 2004 - one of the largest offers for a London-listed company that year - before getting acquired by Brookfield Asset Management in 2023 for £4.1 billion.
He is now the CEO of Middleton Enterprises which invests in ambitious founders and their profitable businesses. He is also a philanthropist as the founder of The Middleton Foundation, which provides social housing for people with learning difficulties.
