Most people at one point or another will have used the phrase, I know what to do, it’s just doing it, when it comes to nutrition. However, it’s not always just about the food you eat. To really nail your nutrition and have long lasting results, you need to look beyond the food you’re eating and look at your thoughts, beliefs and habits around food. That’s what Jared does a great job of doing with the clients he works with and the content he puts out there.
