Talking about Founders who change the world, in the latest episode of the Podcast with Jarryon Paul the Founder of Sunshine, a Trinidad & Tobago, trusted Stablecoin exchange, which makes it possible to safely and conveniently buy & sell USDT in Trinidad and Tobago.

In this conversation, Jarryon spoke about his unconventional path to entrepreneurship which started in his early years at school. Where he learnt the art of buying and selling, promotion, marketing and creating a market for the things he was selling. He mentions the book "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill which changed his thinking and mindset about wealth.

His first big venture was a Facebook group called "Sell Your Stuff", where persons within Trinidad & Tobago were able to buy and sell their personal stuff online to each other.

Jarryon, spoke about the lessons along the way. The main one being the power of Grit. He said that many times during those early startup days he was in debt. He then had to figure out ways to come out of those situations, as such he has developed immense resilience to not give up.

The other lesson is about partnerships and how to take advice. He says that entrepreneurship is about "you creating the formula for your own success" and most times it is about trial and error.

On the matter of Founders; he spoke about the importance of knowing the type of Founder you are, which will inform how you manage your business during the journey and beyond.

Jarryon spoke about the origin of his company Sunshine. The vision for Sunshine is financial freedom for all, where his Stablecoin enables the buying and selling USDT and USDC. Then he spoke about how it works and the other services in the pipeline for the company.

We spoke about the trends in Fintech and Crypto currency. Jarryon said money movement is going to become ubiquitous and in essence money moves like water in this new world.

Jarryon, spoke about their "traditional" approach to building the business of Sunshine; like serving his customers, raising funds and their approach to the use of technology.

We chat about his latest venture Jarryon the brand. His advisor and coaching service, and how he serves and helps Founders. His approach to working with Founder is to help them understand who they are and to determine what maybe stopping them from accomplishing their dreams.

Jarryon spoke about his stress related health "intervention" and subsequent pilgrimage, travels, searching, eventual move and calling to Greece. The move is part of his new season. He spoke about life in Greece and how he is living their on a Nomad Visa on his terms, charting his own future.

We end by talking about his plans for scaling Sunshine, his Advisory work with Founders. His intent is to continue with his values of Love, Truth and Action, and his posture now is to build heaven on earth, to make and create it.
