We often find ourselves in a situation, a partnership, a friendship, or a job where we're feeling stressed, anxious and frustrated. And then we ask ourselves the question: should I stay or should I go?

This is a great question for us to explore, because any situation in which there is stress is an opening space of inquiry for the superpowered mind. What often happens is that we either stay or we leave and nothing changes in our life. We stay stuck in the same situation or we replicate it in the next partnership or in the next job.

So how do we get out of this confusion and how do we really decide if we should stay or we should go? This is what we’re going to look at in today’s episode.

What is Covered:

-How we can look at the stress as a valuable signal of misalignment

-Using stress as a starting point for inquiry

-The distinction between achievable and unachievable wants

-How to understand and resolve unachievable wants

-What to do after we discover an achievable want in our situation

-The recipe for answering “should I stay or should I go?”
