Dr. Jen Welter is known for her experience as the first female coach in the NFL and assistant linebackers coach with The Arizona Cardinals. In 2018, Coach Jen focused on the importance of being a female role model in sports. She founded Grrrridiron Girls flag football camps for girls. As a women's football player, Coach Jen won 2 gold medals with Team USA, 4 world championships, and 8 all-star selections before entering the men's game. During her playing career, Dr. Jen earned her PhD in Psychology, as well as a Master's in Sport Psychology.
