After decades of campaigning, our hard work has paid off. A national targeted screening programme for lung cancer has been announced.

For this special edition of the podcast by our ambassador and trustee, Cathy Brokenshire, whose husband James was an MP and a cabinet minister in the UK government at Westminster.

We also welcome Dr Sammy Quaife, who has an interest in the psychological aspects of screening, in her role as a research scientist.

And our final guest is Professor David Baldwin, a consultant physician who’s had a key role in making the case for lung cancer screening and improving the pathway.
