Polly is passionate about helping people get rid of the barriers that stop them from thriving, wherever they are and whatever they’re doing and helps employers and their employees to manage the 4 pillars of wellbeing (emotional, physical, social, and financial) by providing practical support and services to clients of all sizes to help with the work-life juggle.

Polly has an MSc in Cross-Cultural Psychology and is also a certified intercultural trainer.
