In this video, I dive into Manuscrito Tequila’s debut Chapter One Blanco at 42.5% ABV. Featuring tasting notes (pepper, citrus, florals), production insights, and why it’s earning awards and community praise. In today’s review, we sample **Manuscrito Tequila Blanco – Chapter One** (42.5% ABV, NOM 1643), the first release in the brand's “chapter” series. Crafted in Los Altos, Jalisco, this 100% Blue Weber agave blanco is cooked in stone/brick ovens, fermented open-air with fibers, and double-distilled in copper pots.

**Aroma**: Floral, lemon zest, white pepper, agave, grapes

**Flavor**: Cooked agave, vegetal/earthy notes, black & white pepper, citrus peel, minerals, celery, mint, light cinnamon

**Community scores** range 87–94: “long peppery finish”, “creamy mouthfeel”.

I’ll share my own tasting impressions, cocktail ideas, and whether this deserves a permanent spot next to your favorite blancos. Don’t miss the aroma walkthrough, palate notes, and how Manuscrito stacks up on quality vs. price!
