Microsoft confirmed that a widespread Microsoft 365 outage, which affected about 17,000 users across North America, has been fully resolved. The disruption was traced to a misconfigured part of the company’s network infrastructure that temporarily blocked access to services like Teams and Exchange Online. Reports of downtime peaked on Downdetector before sharply declining once Microsoft implemented a fix.
