I’ve always wanted to make Ayurveda as simple as the alphabets to enable everyone to reap its benefits. In this episode I am attempting to introduce and familiarise you with this Science that has existed for 5000 years but has been sadly ignored. I understand the problem has been the way it has been presented and so that’s exactly what I’ve set out to put right. The sole objective of my podcast is to slowly make it possible for you to be friends with Ayurveda so that it can help you achieve that elusive health goal you’ve been chasing.

Here’s what this episode will tell you:

  1. That Ayurveda can be understood if it's explained simply.
  2. That it is a minefield of information to help achieve stability in both physical and mental health.
  3. That natural remedies and methods of healing and wellness prevent prolonged suffering.
  4. That looking elsewhere for permanent health solutions is like re-inventing the wheel if we ignore this ancient Science.
  5. That Ayurveda is based on evidence gathered by Ayurveda Scholars and physicians over thousands of years.
  6. That it was one of the first medical sciences that evolved in the world.
  7. That Ayurveda treats the cause and root of the health issues.
  8. That it looks at the human body as a whole and doesn’t attempt to just suppress symptoms for short term relief.
  9. That we use the principles of Ayurveda in everyday lives without even realizing it.
  10. And that Ayurveda can offer natural solutions to replace prescriptions with adverse effects.

If you’re looking for natural ways to wellness and health, this is the way to start.

I’ll be happy to answer any questions on Ayurveda and how it can help. Find me on Twitter
