Darren Tyler pastors Conduit church in Franklin, Tn, which does amazing work all over the world to feed the hungry, clothe the poor, and meet the needs of widows and orphans. Pastor Darren does all of this work with the gospel at the center. In today's episode, we discuss the tendency of Christian charities to leave the gospel behind in favor of social justice work, and how that fails to meet the true needs of the people they are trying to help. He also lifts the lid off of typical humanitarian efforts that serve a hot meal with a side of secular ideology. Ultimately, we discuss how the gospel is the true answer to what the world needs.
