Lucy talks us through her journey from growing up on a farm in rural Cambridge to becoming the Director of supporter led funding for Alzheimer’s Research UK. Her journey takes us through lessons she learned from a mother with Rheumatoid Arthritis and a husband with PTSD. Lucy is candid and open about the struggles she has been through. Diagnosed with Dyslexia it was assumed she wasn’t very bright and University wasn’t ever thought of, let alone mentioned. Lucy’s journey through life’s challenges and the challenges of being a professional working mother are inspiring.
