We discuss the complications that arise when government contracts with universities have no federal administrators, the effects of furloughs on CRM compliance work, and how you can help the furloughed federal archaeologists. Despite the adverse effects, there is the potential for a backlog of work that needs to get done once the government opens again. This could mean work for CRMers across the country.
