How often do you find yourself doing all the 'right' thing, the thing that everyone said were going to solve your 'problem' only to find it - it doesn't?
Or maybe you finally found something and it worked - for a while, but now you're not sure why it doesn't anymore? And the only thing you can think of doing is doubling down.
It's so easy to feel stuck - or hopeless. But what if...it's actually what is supposed to happen?
Diving into today's conversation of what it means to be a human are two lovely human beings: Jen Uschold and Stephanie Aycock!
Jen Uschold grew up in Western NY and has been a PT for over 3 decades. She has worked in multiple treatment environments including travel PT. Out of her love for PT and helping others to empower themselves, she was drawn to both pain science and health coaching. She has completed a Fellowship in Pain Science with Evidence in Motion. Jen is an eager learner and has also studied Lifestyle Medicine and Positive Intelligence.
Stephanie Aycock is 1 of 3 co-founders of The Self-Care Bitches, LLC. She helped create a system based on neuroscience to help people feel good and build a solid foundation in their self-care. She is also a transformational coach, speaker, actress, screenwriter, and volleyball coach to young girls.
