Our relationships need care and nurturing - including the relationship we have with ourselves! So how do you care for yourself and others, while dealing with the demands and needs of life?
Joining me for that conversation is Janessa Finley!
Janessa is a healer and coach whose mission is to bring love and connection to those who have all but given up on having fulfilling and nurturing relationships. At the core of every single human is a need for connection, yet we inadvertently create patterns to push others away and protect ourselves. Sadly, this leads to never cultivating the loving relationships our hearts desire. The secret lies in the relationship you have with yourself as it creates the relationships you have with others. Janessa teaches, through a path of self-discovery, how to love and embrace yourself so you can extend this same love and connection to others.
