In this episode I talked with my good friend and fellow coach Jimmy House. He's an up and coming legend with eyes set on becoming a WWE performer.
A little over a year ago he had a devastating knee injury. And then he rehabbed it by himself.
Then a month ago he had another knee injury. This time he's opting for surgery.
I talked with him about the difference between the two and what the different routes felt like.
This is a great discussion if you've had a knee injury and want to know what your options are really like.
