Beyond the Numb is a gentle 15-minute guided journey designed to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have gone quiet, frozen, or numb. Through breath, somatic awareness, and symbolic storytelling, this meditation invites warmth back into the body not by force, but through safety, tenderness, and slow reawakening.

This journey explores the archetype of the Healer / the Phoenix, guiding you across the frozen landscape of emotional numbness toward a deeper truth: feeling deeply is how we stay alive.

Use this practice when you feel disconnected, shut down, overwhelmed, or unsure how to begin feeling again.
