Through her private practice, Kate Lund Psychology PLLC, and her work as an author and speaker, she blends research-based strategies with lived experience to empower people to navigate challenges with authenticity and grace.

Her latest book, Step Away: The Keys to Resilient Parenting, weaves together her perspectives as a clinician, parent, and former patient to offer practical tools for managing stress, building emotional awareness, and raising resilient kids. When she’s not working with clients or writing, Dr. Kate volunteers alongside her therapy dog, Wally, at Seattle Children’s Hospital.
