More often than not we just have too much in our head. Too many tasks that we can’t even write them down…that’s when we need to stop. How do I know? This was me last week. Maybe it was because we were in a busy season of three kids doing sports, or that I was traveling every weekend and playing catch up during the week, or maybe it was all the things that I take care of and the invisible mental load piling up. We as moms hold so much, the invisible mental load, household management, work management, the social schedule, appointments, errands, meal prep, etc. So what do we do when we don’t even know what tasks are a priority? When everything seems important? Oftentimes I hear from clients that they don’t even know where to start, or what task they should prioritize, because every task seems important. Today we will walk through some practical steps to use when you don’t know where to start and your to-do list seems out of control. We will break down your to-do list and help you get clarity, so that you can prioritize and have more peace knowing you are working on the most important thing.
