John Kusske grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota (USA) and is a practicing Catholic. John attended Franciscan University of Steubenville for 1 year and graduated from St. Olaf College in Minnesota. Following college/university, he spent 12 years living in China while pursuing liturgical singing. After China, he worked for 2 years in Japan in the JET (Japan Exchange and Teaching) Program. He now lives back in Minnesota, where he continues his passion of liturgical singing.
