Arianne was previously the Associate Deputy Minister and Assistant Deputy Minister for Procurement at PSPC, the senior official responsible for federal procurement. - John McCarthy is the CEO of Seaspan and oversees all new build construction for the Royal Canadian Navy and Canadian Coast Guard.
