The Come Up with Katia is a podcast series that examines entrepreneurial and business stories that often are grazed over. The slightly touched upon moments, jobs and struggles, that the public only gets a glimpse of in the highlight reel of those “successful” individuals. While it’s hard to define what the perceived middle chunk of someone’s path to “success” is, this podcast will attempt to dive into that moment of time in that person’s life. I’m on a quest to observe these stories and see what, if any, is the common thread in these perceived struggles. Is there a layer of community involvement and connections that help to pull these people towards the other side of stability? Or, are we all just flailing around in life, swinging at the ball as many times as someone physically can, until that one hit occurs? What can these individuals now observe about that time in their life?
