Welcome back to The Conviction of a Leader! Today on the show, we have Mark Mercer. Mark began his career in the insurance industry in 2007 working at his father’s agency. In 2009, he purchased the agency, and eventually went on to start two agencies from scratch. He now owns one of the largest insurance agencies in Indiana with more than 20 staff. His remote staff spans 8 states. He is an insurance coach with Craig Wiggins Coaching and also he created a CRM Tool with one of our previous guests.

Mark has been married to his lovely wife, Gretchen for eighteen years, and they have two wonderful children. Join us today as we dive into the topics of entrepreneurship & leadership!
