It became the most expensive airline search in aviation history. It flew from Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia around 12:41 am local on 8th August 2014. Captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah and Fariq Abdul Hamid were flying the plane. It disappeared after 94 minutes in the sky. Some believed that the plane was hijacked and flown into a remote island. Another theory was there was a terrorist attack. A story circulated about the fact that it was seized by North Korea. People believed there were aliens involved. some believed Afganisthan was involved. There was a fire in the cockpit theory.

The search lasted for 1,046 days, and there were 200 million dollars spent on the research and it covered an area of 120,000 sq km. The search ended in 2018. A lot of countries were involved but the plane never came back. So what happened to flight MH 370 became one of the most haunting questions in history.
