Dr. George Emil Verrilli, a longtime resident of Rhinebeck and Red Hook who founded the Neugarten Birth Center at Northern Dutchess Hospital as well as the Red Hook Community Center, died on Dec. 5 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.
