We bless the month of Kislev.

[On Shabbos Mevarchim, it is our custom] to recite the entire Book of Tehillim early in the morning

and to hold a farbrengen on that day.

No words can describe the great merit accruing to those who participate in the holy task of reciting Tehillim as part of a congregation,

nor the great pleasure this arouses Above, as is spoken of in the sacred literature.

A mere sliver of this is recorded in [the booklet entitled] Kuntreis Takkanas Amiras Tehillim BeRabbim (Kovetz Michtavim).

Fortunate are you, O Israel.

By virtue of these endeavors, may you be blessed,

you, your wives, sons, and daughters, G-d be upon you,

with good health and abundant prosperity.

And in your merit, may salvation be granted to the entire congregation of Israel in your fine community,

together with the entire Jewish people,

in all their material and spiritual needs.
