"Too many men and boys today are soft—mentally, physically, spiritually. And the worst part? They don’t even realize it and the destruction it causes."

What is “Softness” in Men? (Break It Down)

  1. Weak Mindset – Making excuses, complaining, avoiding hard things.
  2. Lack of Physical Discipline – Out of shape, low energy, poor habits.
  3. Spiritual Weakness – No convictions, no discipline in faith, passive leadership.
  4. Emotional Fragility – Easily offended, blaming others, avoiding confrontation.
  5. Inflated Ego - its just a front to hide your insecurity
  6. Lack Confidence, presence, posture -

HOW TO FIX IT

Audit Yourself Brutally – Identify where you’ve gotten weak and OWN it.

  1. Start Hardening Your Mind – Daily challenges that push your mental limits.
  2. Get Your Body Right – Train hard, eat clean, and develop physical resilience.
  3. Lead Spiritually – Commit to daily prayer, Scripture, and accountability.
  4. Eliminate Weak Habits – Stop porn, social media addiction, excuses.
  5. Surround Yourself with Strong Men – Get in a circle that challenges you.

SOTD: 1 Corinthians 16:13 (ESV) – "Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong."

Marching Orders (One Challenge, One Action)

  • One Challenge: Identify one area of weakness and commit to changing it TODAY.

"Men, the world needs you to be strong. Your family needs you to be strong. Step up, stop making excuses, and do the hard work of becoming the man you were meant to be."
