Principle 3: Self‑Control & Discipline
- Step: Launch a 30‑day challenge (fasting, workout, digital detox) with an accountability partner.
- Scripture: 1 Cor. 9:25.
Principle 4: Prayer & Spiritual Dependence
- Step: Implement “prayer pockets” at morning, midday, evening; keep a prayer journal.
