In this episode, I’m getting real about what it means to not quit on yourself, especially when your body isn’t moving the way it used to. I’ve been working through fascia tears, tight hips, and a lot of stiffness, but I’m committed to my health for the long run. I talk about the physical therapy I’m returning to, how I’m adapting my workouts for longevity, and the way I’ve shifted my eating habits over the past year to match my life and goals.
I also open up about the deeper message behind Your Level Fitness and what the YLF community really stands for. This isn’t about chasing a number or reshaping your body to finally feel good about yourself. This is about meeting yourself where you are, appreciating who you are now, and building from the inside out.
We cover mobility, mental health, men’s emotional awareness, the role of AI in content creation, and the shift toward making content that fits your life instead of just chasing algorithms. You’ll also hear how I’m doubling down on content and recommitting to being exactly where I need to be. Because I’m not giving up. Ever.
