In light of the Senate Comfirmation Hearing for Pete Hegseth to be the next Secretary of Defense, it's a perfect time for Dave to talk with fellow vetern and American Thinker writer Mike McDaniel about his recent column, "Does DEI Require Starving Our Troops?" Mr. McDaniel discusses the severe shortage of food for the enlisted force at places such as Fort Hood (currently known as Fort Cavasos), a 335 square mile installation consisting of over 200,000 personnel, where only two of the base's 10 chow halls were open daily during the summer months. This required over an hour's trip by troops just to get lunch during the duty day.
