This week Kristy Mandour of Sow to Speak joins the show. She is also an Emotional Intelligence Coach and the Host of The Closet Series Podcast. She made the shift into her current business after seeing that she could make a bigger impact by connecting to people at the top of companies and having the information and knowledge disseminate from the top down and then out into the community.
She and Elicia chat about the oversaturation of the coaching industry and what it means to be a credible coach. She speaks about the importance of showing up authentically as a coach and you will attract your clients that connect with you and will be impacted by you.
Kristy also shares her take on the increase of opportunities that have arisen out of the pandemic - providing hope and insight.
