Ultimately this takes us away from the thing we love most about the work that we do as graphic designers, creating. I have put together these tips to help you get away from all of the time consuming administrative details of onboarding a client and struggling through the workflow as you spend time in communication with your clients. 1. Do you have an Onboarding Process? 2. Do you have a Proposal System? 3. Do you have a project management system? 4. Do you have a file folder structure?
