Lourdes Ramirez won her lawsuit challenging a hotel approval which clearly violated Sarasota County's comprehensive plan. Why would another legal decision, with the same judge, find that a similarly illegal hotel approval can proceed? Sarasota Republic precinct captains are the traditional members of the Sarasota County Republican Executive committee, but that changed this year.
