Every year the Danish collective pension insurance fund ATP pays out more than 250 billion Danish Kroner - around 38 billion US Dollars.
A vast sum all based on the contribution of almost all Danish citizens during their working lives.
Originally set up in 1964 ATP today also manages 2 out of 3 Danish welfare payments for the more than 5 million members.
Managing this complex, unique and highly regulated area would hardly be possible without a large scale it-operation. An operation that under CIO Per Kjersgaard Rasmussen's leadership has been moving away from traditional mainframes and toward a new and more standardized it-landscape.
So join us today as we together with CIO Per Kjersgaard Rasmussen explore how ATP is managing a highly regulated area while still investing in the development of ATP's it-platform.
In this episode:
- How ATP works with the intersection between business and it
- How CIO Per Kjersgaard Rasmussen have changed the focus and tasks for the it-department using outsourcing
- Per Kjersgaard Rasmussen’s advice on compliance and security
