You know what really frustrates me?
When I hear these endless statistics about young people being the most negatively impacted at work.

Because if we keep repeating that story, we’ll start believing it. And then suddenly, no one hires them.

Let me give you an example. My son’s 18. He works with me now. I handed him a task I thought would take days. A few hours later, he came back and said, “Done.”

I was shocked. But here’s the kicker. He said, “I used Make.com, I pulled in Lovable, I set up Replit, threw in Zapier, wrote a few prompts — now the boring part is automated. I’m moving on to the work that actually adds value.”

And that’s the mindset shift we need.

This is why reverse mentorship is on the rise. Older leaders are learning from younger people. Because this generation? They’re already fluent in GPT, Claude, Replit, Make.com, N8N — tools that many companies don’t even allow yet.

The companies that invest in this young talent — instead of believing the doom narrative — will see the biggest returns.

With AI as the amplifier, this generation isn’t a risk. They’re our greatest asset.
