On this episode of The DiscipleMakers Podcast, we had a conversation with Jillian Watkins about mental health. Jillian is a Licensed Social Worker and has thought a lot about this topic as she's worked in the social work field. In our conversation we touched on topics like mental health in the Bible, growing in assessing our emotions, and self-care. We also touched on particular applications for the coronavirus season we find ourselves in.
