Amy Clark is the Program Manager of The Documented Heart. She is also a Death Doula and the founder of Tally Ho Collective, which offers personalized consulting and care services for humans and animals at the end of life. Her mission is to empower others to die as consciously as they lived – with grace, autonomy, and joy. Amy joins Kristyn to discuss how dying well starts with living well, how to begin finding peace within the impermanence of everything, and how the creative and artistic endeavors we partake in may become a part of our lasting legacy.
