The Trump administration wrongfully deported Abrego Garcia—and they know it. They’ve even admitted it was a mistake. But despite a 9-0 Supreme Court ruling ordering the administration to facilitate his return, they’re refusing to bring him back. So now the question is: can Trump be held in contempt of court?
Democratic lawmakers are headed to El Salvador to fight for Garcia’s return, because apparently court orders—and basic human decency—aren’t enough to move this administration.
