Valuable insights can be understood through James Clear’s work, which talks about three levels of behaviour change. This can be applied to eating disorder recovery.

James is the author of the best-selling book, Atomic Habits which has sold more than 20 million copies worldwide. If you haven’t read it, I’d highly recommend that you do.

He describes three levels of change: -

1. Outcomes

2. Processes

3. Identity
