In this episode, I chat with Hayley Agnew, a mischievous wearer of mismatched earrings, who is also a naturopath, Bowen therapist & yoga teacher and thrives on human and nature connection. She loves, lives & works in regional South Australia and weaves her magic from her clinic 'Our Healing Place'.

Hayley and I chat about self care being a responsibility to ourselves that requires a loving discipline and a belief in ourselves being worthy of care. And meeting the resistance that often arises when we’re building a new way of being.

Hayley shares her deep connection with Rose and the beautiful wisdom this plant has shared with her throughout her life about healthy boundaries and renewal and strength.

Another favourite Hayley speaks about is Shatavari, traditionally a special women’s herb- I love her take on the more energetic aspects of this plant.

We bring in Motherwort and Calendula and circle back to a more in depth dive into Rose medicine.

There’s so many gems in this one, I can’t wait for you to listen in!
