Over the years, Virginia Giuffre has identified several powerful men she says sexually abused her while she was being trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. Among those she directly accused are Prince Andrew, Duke of York—whom she says raped her on multiple occasions when she was 17—and French modeling agent Jean-Luc Brunel, who was later found dead in his Paris jail cell. She also accused billionaire Glenn Dubin and others in Epstein’s social network of participating in or enabling her abuse. Giuffre’s accounts, supported by contemporaneous evidence and court filings, paint a picture of a vast, well-connected trafficking network that preyed on young girls under the guise of privilege, access, and power.
In her memoir Nobody’s Girl, released posthumously, Giuffre adds that there were more men involved—some of them world leaders and financiers—but she withheld their names out of fear of retaliation and financial ruin. The book references one of her abusers only as a “well-known Prime Minister,” describing an attack that left her bloodied and unconscious. Her ghostwriter has said she knows all the names in Epstein’s files, reigniting public interest in how many of these figures have never been held accountable despite the mounting evidence and sworn testimony.
