Well, it was super fun talking to Fred Fowler about experimenting. And I love that.

He said anytime you try something new; you're experimenting. I believe this wholeheartedly.

And I think one of the things I want to challenge you or you need to do is, if you are doing something new, think of it as an experiment number one or two.

Think about how long you will do the experiment and how you will know whether you should keep doing it.

So, how will you collect data? How will you measure what you're doing? So that you know whether or not it works.

So, make sure you've got that measurement in place before you start so that you know whether or not you're trying.

What you're doing for the first time is a good thing to do or not a good thing to do as you try it.
