The readings for this week for the Seventh Sunday after the Epiphany are: Deuteronomy 26:1-11, Psalm 91:1-2, 9-16, Romans 10:8b-13, and Luke 4:1-13. This week we look at how sugar in our body is not something that is sustaining. When we look at the temptation of Jesus, Jesus goes for things that are sustaining not only for himself, but for all of us. Are we doing the same thing in our lives? Are we walking out the faith in a way that sustains us? Thanks again for taking the time out to listen to this and I hope this is a tool that you find useful.

Remember to answer this week's question:

Where in your life, do you need to find something that's more sustaining than a quick hit of something? #FaithandSciPod
