We talk about how guided meditation has helped Lauren through times where she struggled with anxiety and was in a bad place. Lauren talks about how she uses meditation to be present, and to focus on the positive things in life. We talk about opening up about your emotions and how important it is to tell people if you're in a bad place. Lauren speaks about an exercise she did that really helped her - it involved writing down the things you want to let go of, for examples bad habits/her relationship wth food then you setting the list on fire. This exercise helped her let go of certain things.

We're the F.A.S.T movement, and together we're fighting against suicidal thoughts.
