For years, I lived under a lie that dictated everything I ate, every workout I did, and every outfit I put on. The lie said: “Once my body looks a certain way, THEN I’ll be confident. THEN I’ll be happy. THEN I’ll be enough.”

At my smallest, people told me I had the “dream body.” I had visible abs, lean arms, the flat stomach I thought would finally fix me. And yet—I cried in dressing rooms, deleted every photo, and still hated what I saw in the mirror. At my heaviest, I told myself, “See? This is why you’re miserable—because of your body.” But the truth was…it had never been about my body. It was the belief itself keeping me stuck.

In this episode, I’m sharing how this body image lie had me in a chokehold, the dangerous ways it keeps so many women trapped, and the moment I realized confidence was never hiding in a smaller jean size. If you’ve ever thought, “When I lose 10 pounds, then I’ll finally feel okay,” this conversation is your wake-up call.

You’ll walk away with a new perspective, practical tools, and—most importantly—permission to stop waiting on your body to start living your life.
